Please follow the below steps for Ordering and Payment.
1) Block a date: Please contact me via the 'contact me' page to block a date. You do not need full details of the topper at this stage. I’ll provide give you a quote and you can make the payment in full or an advance ( normally20%) to secure the slot. Once the slot is secured, I will send you a questionnaire to capture topper details and provide me with costume photographs. Payments can be made via paypal or bank transfer
2) Response to questionnaire: Please send the completed questionnaire with photographs and the full payment atleast 6 weeks before the wedding/special occasion date.
3) Topper progress: I will keep you updated on the progress of your topper and also send you photos of the finished topper before the final baking, roughly 3 weeks before the date.
4) Packing and Dispatch: Your topper will be securely packed and dispatched via Royal mail, at least 2 weeks before the date. International shipping will be dispatched earlier than this. I will also email you a parcel tracking number for online tracking once dispatched.
